Ordered who knew books. Received email ship confirmation.
Several days later got a call fr their processing center stating there was a problem w ith my original order and they needed to reorder the order again. I explained that i did get an email confirming shipment. They said i wouldnt be charged for first order and only for the second order. The next day i received the first order and checked my credit card staement and i was billed twice.
The next day after that i was called again by their processing center stating once again that my order didnt get through and they wanted to reorder it again. I called their customer service twice. First time they said i only had one order in their system and the second charge was a fraud.
Called back again and the customer service rep told me two orders r now showing in the system and i would have to refuse the shipment to get credited back. Im filing a dispute on credit card
